Welcome to the AZTemi blog, the place where we write down what we learn while building software for ambitious teams. Think of it as a working notebook: software consulting, project management, architecture and Web3 development, distilled into posts you can actually use.
We have been shipping software across IT, FinTech, e-commerce and blockchain for the better part of a decade. That time comes with a lot of hard-won opinions and an equal number of scars. This blog is where we make both explicit, instead of letting them live only in our heads.
Why a blog, and why now
Consulting lives and dies by clarity. When you can explain your reasoning, you can get it challenged, improved and reused. Writing things down forces that clarity; a vague “it depends” rarely survives a draft. So we treat this blog the same way we treat our client work:
- Be specific. “Use queues” is not advice; “here is when a queue buys you more than it costs you, and here is the failure mode we hit when we got it wrong” is.
- Show the work. Architecture decisions without the constraints that produced them are cosplay. We try to include the trade-offs that made a choice the right one for us.
- Stay honest. Half of engineering is admitting the last thing you shipped was more painful than the slides let on. We plan to write about the misses as much as the wins.
We bridge the gap between your ideas and their implementation. A big part of that bridge is shared language. This blog is one way we build it.
What to expect
We publish:
- Deep dives into architectures we’ve shipped.
- Lessons learned from real client engagements.
- Notes on tooling, agents and the modern web stack.
How often
The honest answer is “often enough to be useful, not so often that it becomes noise.” We would rather publish one post that a senior engineer actually forwards to their team than four that nobody finishes.
